Issue of Equity
NQ Minerals Plc (NEX: NQMI) (OTCQB: NQMLF), an Australia based exploration and mining company, is pleased to announce that it has issued a further 15,000,000 ordinary shares. The shares were issued in respect of the delivery of two duly executed copies of Variation Deeds to the benefit of the Company thereby enabling further funding for the Company. The Ordinary Shares are being issued to the financiers that previously enabled the acquisition of Hellyer and one of which has recently contributed further funding to the refurbishment program at Hellyer. The current refurbishment program has a target completion date of 31 August 2018.
Following the issue of the new shares, the Company has 317,699,912 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in issue, each carrying the right to one vote.
The above figure of 317,699,912 should be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority’s Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
